In-company sessions

A real problem. Not a training catalogue.

We build the intervention around what is actually blocked in the organisation today: a project, a decision, a team, coordination, or a capability that needs to be developed.

Our formats

Three ways to work with us.

01

Action Learning sessions

A group of four to eight people works on a real problem with a coach who protects the process. The session leads to concrete actions and explicit group learning.

02

Learning Games

Short simulations make coordination, leadership, communication and decision-making under pressure visible. The first round reveals how the team operates; the debrief and second round show what changes.

Custom programmes

When the need goes beyond one session, we combine experience, tools, coaching and practice around your operational constraints rather than a standard programme.

Build the programme

Framing

Before facilitating, we check four things.

Is the problem real?

It must have a concrete consequence for the organisation, not merely be an interesting topic.

Who needs to be in the room?

We look for people who see different parts of the problem, not only the most senior people.

Can the group act?

Without the ability to act, or access to the necessary authority, Action Learning loses an essential part of its power.

What will be followed up?

A good session does not end with the final exchange: actions, owners and follow-up points must be clear.

When to use it

The most valuable topics are those that resist ordinary meetings.

  • A project that remains blocked despite several action plans.
  • A decision moving between several departments with no clear owner.
  • A team that has the information but cannot assemble it.
  • A performance problem where everyone sees a different cause.
  • A transformation where the tools exist but the new behaviours do not yet.

If the problem is purely technical and the solution is already known, expert advice or conventional training may be more appropriate.

The cycle

An intervention that leaves capability behind.

Frame

Problem, participants, authority and expected outcome.

Work

The session works on the real issue, not a training case.

Debrief

The group puts into words what it has just learned about how it works.

Follow up

Actions are reviewed and, if necessary, a new cycle begins.

First step

Start with one problem.

Describe it in a few lines. We will tell you whether Action Learning is the right tool.
